Level 3 

Ideal program for those of you wanting guidance every step of the way. You have big goals, and we’re ready to help you achieve them!

  • A detailed initial assessment will review your goals, lifestyle, and current nutrition habits.
  • Next, you’ll recieve a plan tailored to your caloric needs, nutritional preferences, and lifestyle. This will include sample meal plans designed to help meet your goals.
  • Using TrainingPeaks scheduling software and MyFitnessPal will allow us to easily monitor progress.
  • Weekly phone consults will be used to give specific, detailed feedback on your nutrition progress.
  • Unlimited text communication (via the Slack app) means you always have a coach in your corner ready to help when you need it.

Level 2

Best for athletes who have a good grasp of nutrition basics, but want an experts help with fine tuning and accountability. 

  • A detailed initial assessment will review your goals, lifestyle, and current nutrition habits.
  • Next, you’ll recieve a plan tailored to your caloric needs, nutritional preferences, and lifestyle. This will include sample meal plans designed to help meet your goals.
  • Using TrainingPeaks scheduling software and MyFitnessPal will allow us to easily monitor progress.
  • Bi-weekly phone consults will be used to give specific, detailed feedback on your nutrition progress.

Level 1

The perfect plan for DIY athletes needing a little outside guidance, or those of you wanting to test the waters of how a nutrition coach can help you reach your goals. 

  • A detailed initial assessment will review your goals, lifestyle, and current nutrition habits.
  • Next, you’ll recieve a plan tailored to your caloric needs, nutritional preferences, and lifestyle. This will include sample meal plans designed to help meet your goals.
  • Monthly phone consults will be used to give specific, detailed feedback on your nutrition progress.

App Guide

Before you dive into the multiple apps we utilize for nutrition coaching, it’s important to note that these applications are not required or always neccesary when you begin a new program. The following apps are available so that tracking nutrition, gathering data, and communication is easier, but this isn’t always the case if you aren’t comfortable with the technology (which we 100% understand). We’ll work with you no matter your starting point, and if that means handwritten food logs and “old school” emails then that’s exactly how we’ll work together.

TrainingPeaks

This app is commonly used by athletes and coaches to schedule and log training, goals, and anything else related to your health and fitness. The basic program is free to use, and conveniently syncs with other fitness related apps such as Garmin Connect, Strava, and MyFitnessPal. This app can be accessed via their mobile or desktop applications.

MyFitnessPal

MFP is a nutrition tracking app with one of the largest databases of food and restaurants. With regular use, the app will begin to remember your most commonly used foods and portion sizes, meaning logging your nutrition gets faster and easier with time. This app can be accessed via their mobile or desktop applications.

Slack

This is a messaging hub for all Move Up coaches and athletes, and will act as a direct line to your coach for all communication relating to your program. Utilizing this app will be a requirement for all Level 3 clients, and optional for Levels 1 and 2. This app can be accessed via their mobile or desktop applications.
