Strength Training Service Overview

The Move Up Performance and Bike Fit Studio is a private space located inside Bike Stop Lee’s Summit. The studio is outfitted with a squat rack, multiple barbells, 395 pounds of bumper plates, dumbells ranging from 2.5 to 50 pounds, and a variety of other training equipment.

Personal Training

  • 1-on-1 programming and instruction. Every session is custom-tailored to your needs and form is monitored closely on every rep of every exercise.
  • Ideal session frequency ranges from 1-3x/week depending on the time of year and personal goals.
  • Sessions are 60-minutes in length

Pricing (includes tax)

    • 10 Sessions – $650
    • 20 Sessions – $1200
    • 30 Sessions – $1650

Training packages are non-refundable. Sessions do not expire. 24-hour notice must be given for cancellations.

Small-Group Training

  • Strength training for groups of 2-3
  • Programs are semi-custom based on the group’s shared goals.
  • Programs will be focused on building strength and mobility using time-tested training principles such as progressive overload and specificity.
  • The style of training used allows for close monitoring of each athlete to ensure proper form. We will not be using boot-camp-style or HIIT training techniques.

    • Group of 2
      • 10 Sessions – $400 per athlete
      • 20 Sessions – $750 per athlete
      • 30 Sessions – $1050 per athlete
    • Group of 3
      • 10 Sessions – $300 per athlete
      • 20 Sessions – $570 per athlete
      • 30 Sessions – $800 per athlete

Training packages are non-refundable. Sessions do not expire. 24-hour notice must be given for cancellations. Group sessions will be counted for all members even when part of the group is unable to attend.
